To free the body to experience the power of being...

释放我们的身体，感受存在的力量。。。

Our body is the ground metaphor of our lives, the expression of our existence, is also where the dancing path to wholeness must begin. Only when we truly inhabit our body can we begin the healing journey. But so many us are not in our bodies, really at HOME and vibrantly present there, instead we live outside ourselves - in our heads, our memories, our longings.

我们的身体是我们生命的实体显现，是我们存在的表达，也是我们的舞蹈路途中趋向合一的第一步。只有当我们真的住在我们的身体里，才能达到身心的愈疗。但是却有许多人并没有住在我们的身体里，并没有真正在“家”中，在当下。相反我们住在自身之外 - 在我们的脑海中，记忆中，渴求中。

If our body isn't a vibrant self brimming with energy and presence, then we are shortchanging ourselves on the gift of life. There are thousands of absentee selves, on the subway, in rush-hour traffic, in the supermarket, and you know, all too often, you're one of them.

如果我们的身体没有积极地连接我们的能量和现在，那我们真是糟蹋了生命的礼物。有那么多“缺席”的自我们，在地铁里，在交通高峰期，在超市里，而且你知道，在很多情况下你是其中之一。

To reenter our bodies by learning to move ourselves, to dance our own dance from the inside out, not the outside in, observing our bodies and souls, to bring both of them back to the present.

重新进入我们的身体，学习用肢体表达我们自己，由里到外跳出我们自己的舞蹈，而不是由外到里，观察我们的身体和灵魂，带它们一起进入当下。
